Built in 2000, Conneaut Lake Casa is not only a great summer getaway, but also a year round house that we offer during the off season. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is a one level house with brick patio and front and rear yards. Comfortable and nicely furnished and equipped with everything you will need for your short or long term stay. Master bedroom has a double bed that is adjustable with remote. The other two bedrooms have lovely unique built in bunks with the lower bunks both extending to a king sized bed with memory foam mattresses. They also have built in drawers for your personal items. During the summer, the rental comes with beach privileges (Konneaut Knoll). This side of the lake is a wonderful neighborhood and community great for great walks down to the water and with the Iroquis Boating Club. There are TV's in every bedroom with DVD players and movies available to watch and wifi for your convenience. The house also has a full size front loading washer and dryer. Conneaut Lake and Pymatuning Lake are within 15 minutes. Lake Wilhelm and Shenango Lake are around 25 minutes away. Lake Erie is about 45 minutes away. There are many local wineries in Jamestown, PA, Conneaut Lake, PA, Sheakleyville, PA, and across the Ohio line. If you want to go to the Ohio, Erie, or NY Wineries, they are about an hour or more away. Pittsburgh and Cleveland are both 90 mins away. Jamestown Deer Park is around 10 minutes away. We're close to many other parks, golf courses, restaurants, flea markets, Amish produce stands, lakes, and breweries too. Conneaut Lake, Meadville, Erie, Andover, Geneva on the Lake, Linesville, Volant, Hermitage, Sharon, Mercer, Greenville, Jamestown--you name it--there is a lot to do in a small country town. Park in our driveway. There is a gate that blocks the basement steps. Please do not go down those steps or into our basement. The backyard isn't for guests and neither is our shed. Our neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, and we do live in Amish country. Farmers do farm the fields around us so you may see a tractor or two at times. If you feel like taking a walk, there are a few nice roads to enjoy near our house. Feel free to park in our driveway. Please do not drive through the grass or flower beds. No local transportation is nearby. Although there are TVs in each room, they will only work by you bringing your own streaming devices. There are no TV services otherwise. Please leave our home exactly how it was when you arrived. If you have used any dishes, please wash them before you leave. Do not go down the basement steps. It is locked and we have it gated off so that area is not for guests. Only remain on the first floor. The back of the house and back yard isn't for guests either. We have a big front yard and large side yards. So please do not go into the back yard. Do not smoke in our house. You may smoke outside, but you must get rid of all cigarette or smoking debris properly and sanitarily. All pets are always welcome in our home, PLEASE always clean up after your pets properly, and do not let them chew or scratch our furniture. The hot tub is not for guests to use--it is empty and is to be left alone. Always leave baby gate up at top of steps to ensure all children, pets, and adults are safe. We simply ask that you please treat our home with care and respect, and leave it in excellent shape as everything was when you came in.

This is an Older property, not super fancy at all, but its been a good rental over the years for us... A bedroom at each end with a Full-Size Bed in each room, a pull out couch in the Livingroom. Lots of room for the kids to run around, or just a cute and quiet place for a few people. TV's with Cable and DVD Player. Movies onsite for you to watch too. We DO NOT offer Wi-Fi anymore because a former guest illegally downloaded an album… As a result they ruined it for everyone Kitchen area, Living room, Bathroom and more.. Gas Grill on site and a fire pit out back for you to enjoy. We also installed a Pavilion that is SHARED with the property next door that we own, with 2 gas grills and lots of picnic table space... This is not the Hilton or even Holiday Inn Express, but it's our little place, which we are sharing with you, a place where you can come and relax, do some fishing and just have a fun time... Our house is just off of State Highway 285. It is very quite with lots of parking. We are next door to Poff's Place bait shop and within walking distance (0.4 of a mile) of causeway boat launch, Espyville marina/boat rental, and the dollar store. We have lots of yard space for kids to play or to relax and enjoy a quite night on the patio by the fire. Our house has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a full bed. The Little Tin Cottage is nestled in a small neighborhood within walking distance to the Causeway and marina/boat launch for fishing from the shore or on your boat. TLTC is small and cozy but packs a lot of comfort and simple unique decor to suit everyone's taste. An equipped kitchen for cooking inside or maybe you'd prefer the gas/charcoal grill to cook outside. Charcoal and campfire wood is supplied as a courtesy for your convenience so there's no reason to bring your own. There's a BBQ Pit as well for those that enjoy "Remember When" old fashioned cookouts. How ever you cook you can dine inside the cottage or outside at the picnic table area. Don't want to cook? No problem. We have a few restaurants in the area too. Enjoy sitting out on the covered porch or open deck , it's small but roomy. In the mood for a campfire? That's here too. Sitting at the fire, making s'mores, cooking weenies on a stick or just relaxing by staring into the flames and having simple conversations with the ones you're sharing time with. Who needs WiFi? Lots of Ceiling Fans and a15,100 BTU-AC Unit, to keep you cool... Also a Large Pot Belly Stove for Heat.... You make the fire and keep it going... So Romantic!!!!!! Large Fire Pit from real sandstone for you to sit around and enjoy some roasted marshmallows or hot dogs on a stick, (bring firewood or buy locally). Large yard with huge shade trees, with lots of room for the kids to run around and play in. We added a large wooden swing set/ jungle gym for the kids too, so they can have some additional fun. Bass Drive also has an access road which takes you directly to the Lake, making your fishing and/or mooring of the boat easier for you. We have lots of parking for the boat/boats and the family vehicle too. This property is in a lake-front plan just 1000 yards through a wooded path to the water. It is great for both family and fishing. There are boat launches .5 miles in each direction. Close tourist attractions include fishing and the annual Kids Fishing Derby during the first week of August each year. This is located 3 miles from the Spillway, the Hatchery, and a Nature Preserve. All of these are free of charge. Other family/fisherman oriented attractions include Yorkies Ice Cream, Poffs bait and fishing, the Lil-Bit Diner, and the Countryside Diner. For the more sports oriented, there is Scooters just across the Ohio Border which features a sports bar (decorated as half Cleveland and half Pittsburgh sports) that includes both a bar and restaurant with daily specials. The location is close enough for entertainment, yet far enough away for quiet serenity. Included at this property are a full functioning kitchen that includes a stove, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and a gas grill. All bedding and towels are provided. All bedding is changed and washed in hot water with every family. The owner has multiple replacement sets of all bedding and bathroom towels. Supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags are also provided. A mobile air conditioner is now included along with fans. Great location. Close to the lake and amenities. The three bedrooms include a twin/queen bunk in one, a twin/full bunk in another and a queen in the master. The master bathroom is small but functional and includes a shower. The second bathroom is full with a tub-shower combination. Modern updated kitchen includes a brand new dishwasher (very important for Mom) new microwave, new refrigerator, new coffee pot, new toaster oven and a new gas stove. We've also completed the addition on the deck which doubles the outdoor space and revamped the fire pit.

This comfortable and cozy cabin offers boating, picnicing, barbequing, games, and of course fishing! We have a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, storage containers, silver ware, glass ware, coffee pot, blender, hand blender, toaster, microwave, crock pot and more. At Beer Camp we have two showers (one outside and one inside). The outside shower is a great way to clean off after a day in the lake or just a hot fishing day! The outdoor fire pit is perfect for a relaxation evening. We provide the fire wood and also have the option to use a grill top that goes over the fire pit for real authentic camp fire cooking. A propane grill is also available. On the main patio we have a homemade picnic table for 10-15 people. On the other side of the house there is an additional circular table that seats 4 people under a covered porch (our preferred morning coffee spot). Direct TV and Wifi are also included. To stay at camp, we suggest a minimum of a three night stay, with a price decrease if staying an entire week. Consider us for your next family or friend vacation to the Lake! This charming 1870’s home is my residence which I rent out when I am away from home flying. I work for United Airlines and away from home alot. I have a little trailer I stay in out in back yard if i happen to be in town when house is rented. I have 3 indoor/outdoor cats that live with me so you must be a catlover to rent this home. I am minutes away from Deer Park as well as Lago Winery and Mortals Key Brewery. Again must be a cat lover. 3 cats live here full time as indoor/outdoor cats. This is an 140 year old home complete with some cracks in ceiling, there is no central air although the main bedroom has a window a/c unit.

The property is situated up against Pymatuning State Park. Property has 1 Queen bed in the bedroom. A futon in the living room and a roll away bed for additional guests. Property boasts 10 foot ceilings that make The White Brick Inn feel open and airy. Please note we have well water. We do provide a couple of bottles of water and a brita pitcher but if you need more than that please bring water with you. We now have a 50in. T.v. for your entertainment pleasure. We offer Netflix, Amazon and YouTube t.v. Please do not rent any movies on our account. If you do so, we will bill you for the rental purchase. Activities to enjoy include fishing, boating, kayaking, birding, watching deer, nature trails, frisbee golf, etc. In a few short steps you can be at the lake casting a line, putting in your kayak or backing your boat into the lake for a day full of adventure. Don't have a kayak or boat? No worries. The marina is also within walking distance to the property and they'll gladly help you with getting out on the water. After a day of adventure, ready for a little nightlife? A 5 minute drive will have you sitting at Mortals Key enjoying their delicious food, tasty beer and unbeatable ambiance.
